Terms & Conditions
1. Website Ownership
The owner of this website is Mwaka Mary Namukonde. Throughout this document, "Owner" or "caretaker-network.com" refers to Mwaka Mary Namukonde, while "user" pertains to the website visitor. By accessing this website, users agree to the following Terms and Conditions. For any complaints regarding the website's content, please contact us at info@caretaker-network.com.
2. Purpose of the Website
Caretaker-network.com offers various care services, including 24-hour live-in care, hospital support, and supervised excursions for elderly individuals with temporary or permanent mobility limitations. Our services are provided in both German and English. You can view the basic prices for each service plan in the Pricing & Plans section. Additionally, we offer medical products for seniors, such as walking aids, wheelchairs, and other valuable products that enhance their quality of life. These products can be ordered directly from our webshop.
3. Ordering Medical Products
Visitors to our website can add products to a shopping basket and proceed to checkout to purchase their selected medical items. All prices are displayed in EURO (€). Caretaker-network.com partners with manufacturers and wholesalers in Germany to provide high-quality medical products.
4. Booking Care Services
To book a care service, visitors must complete a "Request for Proposal" via the relevant online form. Each Care Plan includes an online form for this purpose, accessible in our Pricing & Plans section. We will send out a proposal with an overview about the costs and possible discounts notes. We also send out the "New Patient Registration" Form to collect all relevant information about the patient and what care is needed, in case the form was not already filled out before.
5. Finalizing a Purchase Contract for Medical Products
Once payment has been processed, the conclusion of a purchase contract is not automatic. By completing the order, users submit a one-sided offer to Caretaker-network.com. This offer will be confirmed via email. Upon receiving confirmation, the purchase contract is legally binding. If a product is unavailable for delivery, the buyer will receive a full refund of the purchase price, with no deductions. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
6. Conclusion of a Care Plan
Every care plan will involve a written and signed agreement between Caretaker-network.com and the individual booking the service. This agreement specifies the details of the service and payment terms. Generally, an advance payment is required, while the remaining balance is due after the service is completed. The larger amount is typically collected post-service, with the initial payment covering administrative costs. Basically the pre-payment is 50% of the care plan cost.
7. Payment Information
Payments for medical products purchased through our shop system are processed via the secure STRIPE payment portal. Caretaker-network.com also accepts payments through PayPal or Revolut Pay.
Payments for care service plans can be made via a payment link or in cash at the care location (Final Payment).
The pre-payment will be due 7 days after the proposal have been sent out and must be paid online via the secure STRIPE payment portal. After the pre-payment is done the Caretaker Job will be confirmed.
8. Data Usage
Website visitors consent to the use of their data for marketing purposes and to fulfill the objectives of our webshop or care plans. Caretaker-network.com prioritizes data security and does not share information with unauthorized third parties.
